Mission

Values

Our values summarize the key distinctives and guiding principles for our vision and mission.

  • *) Faith: But without faith it is impossible to please him: (Hebrews 11: 6).

We rest our faith in the enabling power of the Holy Ghost – The Spirit of God – for our life and ministry (Galatians 5: 16) and confess our dependence on Him through living a prayerful lifestyle. (1 Thessalonians 5: 17).

  • *) Truth: Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth (St. John 17: 17)

We believe the Bible is our final and all-sufficient authority for our life and godliness, and that doctrinal soundness is grown through love of, submission to, and faith in God’s Word (2 Timothy 3: 16-17; Ephesians 4: 11-16).

  • *) Unity:  And above all things have fervent charity among yourselves: for charity shall cover the multitude of sins (1 Peter 4: 8)

We seek to disciple people of all ages, culture, and diverse backgrounds in our worship teaching of the Doctrine of Christ Jesus The Lord (Romans 15: 1-7), understanding that relational wholeness requires each member to embrace a mindset of unity in humility and peace (Ephesians 4: 1-6) bonded together by our belief in the Scriptures.

  • *) Witness: … and ye shall be witnesses unto me… (Acts 1: 8)

We engage in disciple-making activities locally and globally (St. Matthew 28: 18-20) and as stewards of God’s resources, joyfully use our time, talent, and treasures for God’s glory among all people (St. Matthew 6: 21).

  1. About God: We believe according to Scriptures that God is one (Deuteronomy 6: 4)! We believe that Jesus Christ is God manifest in flesh (1Timothy 3:16; Isaiah 9:6; John 1: 1 -14; 2Corinthians 5: 19). We believe in the virgin birth of Jesus Christ, His sinless life, atoning death, and His resurrection from death and the grave, and in His ascension to heaven (Acts 1: 1 – 11), and in His personal return to Earth in power and glory (Revelation 21: 6 – 21).
  2. About the Bible: The Bible is the inspired Word of God and the revealed will of God (2 Timothy 3:15-17; 1 Peter 1:23-25; Hebrews 4:12) and hence we hold the Bible as the supreme authority in all matters of faith, salvation and Godly conduct.
  3. About Salvation: Man can only experience God’s Salvation through belief on/in Jesus Christ (Acts 4: 10 – 12). We believe that we demonstrate our belief in the Gospel of Jesus Christ by being Born Again according to St. John 3: 1 – 7 & Acts 2: 1 – 39. We believe we can only be a part of God’s family by taking on the name of Jesus Christ The Savior (Ephesians 3 & Acts 4: 10 – 12). Man’s only hope of redemption from his sins is through the shed blood of Jesus Christ providing salvation for all mankind. This salvation is received through belief in the Gospel of Jesus Christ, sincere repentance, water baptism in the name of Jesus Christ, and the infilling (baptism) of the Holy Ghost; and thereafter diligently and intentionally pursuing a life of Christlikeness and holiness.

Our leaders serve under the authority of the Chief Shepherd and Bishop, Jesus Christ (1Peter 5: 4 & 1Peter 2: 25)
